The Dubai Mall is full of surprises. Home to a huge aquarium and underwater zoo, it is here that you would find the latest virtual reality theme park, named V R Park. Located on the Level 2 of Dubai Mall, this indoor theme park offers incredible virtual reality, augmented reality and experiential attractions at one place. While some of the attractions are thrilling and fit for adults, there are also those that would attract the tiny tots. Experience for KIDS, not for ADULTS. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS
Experience for KIDS, not for ADULTS. We were 2 couples and we thought we were going to find some real VR new experiences but it was 99% kids games, paying 70 euros is really not justified. We tried to cancel the experience or at least change the day as my sister have been hurt a few days before and we received an answer way too long. Definitely don't recommend.
THRILLING EXPERIENCE AT VR PARK DUBAI
This attraction is a fantastic location for family, friends or colleagues to have a great time out. Thank you Rayna Tours for making the booking process simple. I received a confirmation email within minutes and was able to visit the attraction on the same day :) One suggestion I for Rayna tours, in terms of booking the tickets would be to send the tickets directly and automatically to the email address rather than having the customer visit the website and download them). Entry to the VR Park was hassle free. The QR codes on the tickets were scanned directly from my phone by the attendant at the ticket hall. I did however come prepared with my printed copy of the tickets, just in case technology failed us). At the counter we were also offered an upgrade of paying 50AED to receive 100AED of credit that can be used on the arcade games which are not included in the price of the VR ticket purchased. Most arcade games cost between 15AED-20AED per person/ride and there are a few rides for 30AED. There is also a 120cm height restriction on some rides. It is also important to mention that only 10 of the VR games are included in the package but don't let that put you off, the VR games included are a lot of fun. An image of the VR games included in the deal is posted with the comment (The Burj Drop was definitely our favourite). The staff at the Park VR were friendly and helpful. Consider setting aside 3-4hours as you can be waiting for a while for a ride depending on how busy the park is. It was reasuring to see that the VR head gear was wiped down with alcohol after each use. Within Park VR you can purchase small snacks and treats. There are also toilets located within Park VR as well. Absoloutly loved it. Thank you to Rayna tours for making it a hassle free and budget friendly day out. P.S. I used the live chat feature of the Rayna Tours website and had all my queries answered before I purchased the tickets (Thank you Ashpak).
