Cruise Disembarkation day, we planned to rent a car from Budget, and head on over to KSC. I didnt anticipate a 2.5 hour ordeal from port to Budget! Everybody was getting a rental car that day. By the time we got the car it was already 1pm, and ksc closes at 5pm. So we had to pivot, and change our visit to the next day. Luckily, the tix have a 15 day flexible buffer so we didnt stress about losing the use of the ticket! We had a fantastic time at KSC, very awe inspiring and amazing what humans can achieve. P.s. I had already messed up my tix reservations the first time with a wrong date, and Gray Lines was able to make an adjustment for me easily. I really appreciate the customer service and flexibility.
Terrible experience overall, poor information given on Viator's website led to embarrassing situation with my 69 year-old mother. The "guide" was rude, asked for tips when in fact she wasn't even a guide, she was just a driver. When you get to the town you have to fend for yourself. You have to buy the trolley tour, otherwise you can't actually tour the town. None of this is explained in the description of the tour. Everything is extremely expensive in the town, you have to pay for simply everything - want to see the old school? Gotta pay. Want to see the fort? Gotta pay. And some folks are very rude as well, they don't seem to like tourists. Very bad experience!
We had an absolutely fab day with mauricio. We were the only two on tour today and were treated like royalty. Manatee swim and homassa were great. Totally recommend
