- No charge for Infants (0-4 years old) and Seniors (65 years old and above).
- Children between 5 and 11 years are billed at the children's rate.
- No admission of outside food, drinks, or towels.
- The locker room has an additional charge of 150 THB per locker.
- Towels have an additional charge of 100 THB per towel.
- Private Cabana has an additional charge of 600 THB per cabana.
- Proper swimwear is required. No jeans or clothes with metal zippers/rivets allowed.
- Diaper-dependent guests must wear a swim diaper.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Life jackets are required for guests under 48 inches (1.22m) or weak swimmers.
- For Tube Slide, Body Slide, Boomerango, Super Bowl, guests must be over 48 inches and accompanied by an adult.
- Tube Slide: Single riders use single tubes (45.5-136 KG). Double riders: lighter in front (45.5-182 KG).
- An on-site nurse is available during opening hours.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

PRE WARNING
Firstly, my kids really enjoyed the water park. There was no queues, the staff were all friendly and there were plenty of life guards. Things to know in advance, pre book your tickets for a better rate, don't pay the, on the door price. I have been to many waterparks all over the world, so what came next was a bit of a surprise. Your towels will be confiscated on check in. You cannot bring your own, they want you to hire theirs. You cannot bring your own food and drink in, not even bottled water. If you want to use a locker you need to hire one. So the extra charges made it a bad start for me! But the kids enjoyed themselves!
Snall but clean water park.
Great water park. The boys enjoyed themselves. It was much smaller than I anticipated but at least it was not over crowded so that was a plus. First, you are not allowed to bring your own towels into the park. They search your bag at the little security desk places your personal towels inside a locker and hands them back to you once you exit. However, you are then charged for towels once you enter the park. I was confused by this. Why take my towels only to have me pay to use yours?? The food spot was clean with lots of seating. Food was good.
