- Child ticket age between 4-11 years or less than 130cm in height (proved may be required)
- The trip has no weight restrictions. Riders have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. No alcohol is permitted.
- For passengers, make a reservation by specifying a child ticket, and driving is not allowed.
- Pregnant women should not participate in the tour. People with disabilities should not participate in the tour.
- During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- The interior of the Big Buddha is temporarily closed, but don’t worry! You can still marvel at its grandeur from the outside and take in the breathtaking bird’s-eye views of the surrounding area. The experience remains as memorable and enjoyable as ever!

Don't use this company go elsewhere
Don’t bother! We booked this excursion and paid £80 for two people. On the morning of the excursion, we weren’t feeling well, so we contacted the agent to ask if it would be possible to move us to a later slot. We contacted both numbers that were provided to us when we made the booking, but unfortunately received no response until the evening. When we finally received a response, we were simply told NO. We weren’t asking for our money back, a refund, or anything unreasonable. We had already paid for the excursion and were simply asking if we could attend at a later time because we were unwell that morning. The fact that we were completely refused any alternative, despite contacting the provided numbers and trying to resolve the situation, is extremely disappointing. What made matters even worse was the attitude of the lady I was speaking to. Her manner was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. There was no attempt to understand the situation or offer any reasonable solution. We paid £80 for a service we did not receive, and I feel the way this was handled was extremely poor. The people of Thailand have been absolutely wonderful throughout our stay — so warm, kind, welcoming and accommodating. That’s why this experience has been particularly disappointing. Sadly, the way we were treated by your operator was the complete opposite of the kindness and hospitality we have experienced everywhere else in Thailand. It really is such a shame, as this could have been handled with a little understanding and compassion.
