- Fast Track is available from 06.00am - 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
- Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel
- Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
- All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refun
- or departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there's no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.

Terrible experience
We had a terrible experience. The driver assigned to us had no knowledge of driving, it was risky. After an hour and a half of harsh braking and acceleration, we arrived at the hotel with upset stomachs and feeling like we were going to vomit. I do not recommend it.

Our transfer from Phuket Airport to the hotel was super easy and stress-free. The guide was already waiting when we arrived, and it was so nice not having to worry about finding a taxi (and paying high walk in prices) after a long flight. The car was clean and comfy with great air conditioning, and the ride to the hotel was smooth the whole way. The driver was really friendly and even pointed out a few places along the drive.
