  • For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
  • For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
  • Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
  • Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
  • Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.

This is the best service, there is no waiting at all. You get through customs so fast and with kids thats a win. They help get all your bags and safely into a car and on your way.

Service missed. Since service was not offered, please issue a refund.

Our name was not there. So fast track did not happen. Had to buy again. After a long journey, missing the service was a big disappointment. I hoped a refund would be made.

Fantastic service from start to finish—10/10 recommend!

Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. Tak at IAsia Thailand noticed an error in the flight details we had submitted and proactively emailed us to get everything corrected ahead of time. Because of Tak's sharp attention to detail, our guide was waiting right at the gate to escort us through customs without a hitch.

Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.
