Phi Phi Islands Sunrise Adventure

We had such an amazing experience with V Marine Tour for the Phi Phi Islands tour! From the airport pick-up to the drop-off after the tour, everything was organized so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. A huge shoutout to our tour guide, Sunny! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was so friendly, cheerful, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The entire crew was just as amazing, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also added the photography package, and it was 100% worth it! Our photographer was incredibly patient with us since we had no idea how to pose lol He guided us through different poses and made the whole experience fun and effortless. The photos turned out so well! This tour was easily the highlight of our trip to Phuket. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we made so many unforgettable memories. Systematic, organised & does key destinations in reverse so that you end up in Maya Bay late in the day when there is less people. It is a small group up to 20 people but you are on a small-ish speed boat sitting shoulder to shoulder. Plenty of snacks & refreshments, full buffet lunch and plenty of stops on the way. They put new mouth pieces on the snorkels & you get a waterproof pouch for your phone too. The longest part of the trip is beginning & end which is about 1 hour either way which can be rough/bumpy & noisy compared to being on larger vessels so do your homework. There is a choice of day trip or sunrise trip, we took the day trip by mistake as we wanted to do the earlier tour but it ended up being enjoyable even if it was slightly busy. Our tour was in July which is 'wet season' so can't imagine how crowded it would be in peak season. Maya Bay had probably around 200 people or so wandering around so it was enjoyable compared to the scary videos you see online of 000's of people visiting. Taking a speed boat has its benefits given the small group of 20 but the downsides then become little comfort for a full 7 hours of travelling so consider this versus the larger catamarans or ferry options depending on your preferred travel methods or levels of comfort.

It was my first time visiting the islands. Sadly, there were no monkeys so we had more time to snorkel in a reef. Lunch was delicious and the people were fantastic always offering water. There was watermelon and other fruits.

We had a really enjoyable day exploring the Phi Phi Islands. We experienced some bad weather at the beginning, but that's always a possibility with outdoor activities and didn't stop us from having a great time. The scenery throughout the day was absolutely stunning, with beautiful beaches and crystal-clear water. The tour visits some very popular spots, so it can feel quite touristy, but that's understandable given how famous these locations are. The group size was pleasantly small, which made the experience feel more personal. The boat is also relatively small, so the ride can be a bit bumpy at times, especially when the sea is rough. The organisation was excellent and the instructions were always clear, making the whole day stress-free. The staff were friendly and made sure nobody ever went hungry. The lunch was simple and not particularly memorable, but it provided plenty of energy to keep enjoying the activities. We also chose the photo service and were very happy with it. It allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without constantly worrying about taking pictures, and we now have beautiful memories from the trip. Overall, it was a fun and well-organised trip, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Couldn't fault anything ! It was perfect. The tour guide P was so helpful and paid extra attention to my daughter who is 6. The smaller group felt like we could get on board and off board much quicker. Also if you don't like very big crowds the extra price is worth it. The snorkeling was surreal, but I wish we had a little bit longer for this activity. Everything you need is provided on board, the lunch is good and overall a perfect day.
