Parque Farellones Adventure Tour

Terrible experience at the park. They don't care about anything other than making money. The eternal lines, of more than an hour, because it is totally oversold. I don't recommend it at all, not even to go on a weekday. It is a total waste of time and money.

From the booking of the tour, the service via WhatsApp was excellent: they always responded quickly and resolved all our questions. On the day of the excursion, our driver, Andrés, and our guide, Alejandro, were exceptional. Both were very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire experience. Alejandro was always available, resourceful, and willing to help at all times. Andrés, in addition to being very kind and pleasant, drove very safely and calmly, something we valued a lot, especially traveling with children. Our only recommendation is to improve the logistics of renting snow clothing. That part of the experience was quite disorganized. The store was completely full of people, the garments were not in the best condition regarding cleanliness (some had stains and unpleasant odors), and, with small children, it is very difficult to find the right clothing in the middle of so many people. Furthermore, there were no boots for children under 3 years old. Thanks to Alejandro's help, we were able to resolve the situation more quickly, but that was, without a doubt, the least pleasant part of the trip. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks to Andrés and Alejandro, we enjoyed an unforgettable day. I would definitely recommend Turistik and, in particular, I want to congratulate Alejandro and Andrés for making this experience a truly memorable memory.

Terrible, regrettable experience; the transfer started well, but upon arriving at the clothing store, it was packed and chaotic, the clothes were poor quality, then we arrived at the park and spent 2 hours in line to enter in the rain, and the clothes didn't cover what was necessary; when we managed to enter, we thought we would have a coffee under a roof, there was no roof, and the line for coffee was another hour, so we just dealt with it; any activity or attraction inside the park was an hour wait; my 7-year-old daughter couldn't handle the cold after 2 hours, and we couldn't stay inside any store because they kick you out, zero options for anything comfortable, the park was oversold, the guides didn't know what to do, at 12:30 we were back in the minibus which was one of the last to leave at 16:40, everything was bad, never again, I don't recommend the tour with Turistik or the park.

The park is very good for practicing sports for beginners in the snow. The kids loved it! We were very well accompanied and advised by the guide Maria José and driver Andrés. They give useful tips and make the ride easy and fun.

We had a great experience with Turistik. The tour guides, Alondra and Andres, were very attentive and helpful throughout the tour. I recommend!
