Traveler reviews
Very unreasonable, avoid
I would stay away from this one. The park is nice but the tour guide was very unaccommodating and would not help us.
Terrible
I would not recommend this tour due to extremely poor and misleading directions. The meeting point was listed at the exit of Park Güell, but neither the original instructions nor the directions sent by the guide made it clear that you cannot access that location without already having a ticket to enter the park. Both Google Maps and the link the guide sent routed me directly through the park, which is a restricted, ticketed area. I was physically unable to reach the meeting point as instructed. I spent a significant amount of time trying to navigate multiple entrances, including being turned away at resident-only access points, and ultimately missed the tour entirely. When I contacted the guide, I was essentially told there would be no refund. This is not a minor inconvenience — the meeting point setup is fundamentally flawed. A tour should never require guests to already be inside a restricted area without clearly stating that and providing accurate, workable directions. Very disappointing experience, especially given the cost. I would strongly recommend choosing a different operator with clearer logistics and better customer support. This experience felt misrepresented and poorly managed from a logistical standpoint.
Beautiful place and wonderful guide
It is a beautiful place. Its was crowded but our amazing guide Berta managed to make it quiet and beautiful. She had much greta info and helped us take pictures too! Highly recommend
Güell with Vincent!
Vincent was an absolute love. The best tour guide anyone could have. Knowledgeable. Very funny. And interesting. Answered all questions and made the tour so happy and enjoyable for the group.
Transforming a walk around a beautiful park
I recently took a Park Güell tour with Marc as part of a small group tour, and it completely transformed the experience. What could have been a simple walk around a beautiful park became something far more meaningful and engaging. Marc made the tour feel personal and interactive, rather than like a standard group outing. He explained the original vision behind the park in a way that was easy to understand, bringing Antoni Gaudí’s ideas to life. I especially appreciated how he highlighted the symbolism in Gaudí’s designs—pointing out details and meanings that I would never have noticed on my own, along with the reasoning behind each creation and its intended purpose. It was fascinating to learn how every element in the park ties into a bigger concept, from architecture to nature and spirituality. Without a guide, I would have missed so much of that depth. Overall, this tour was far more insightful than wandering around independently. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Park Güell—it truly adds a whole new layer to the experience.
