Paris Night Open-Top Bus Tour

The views of the city and top tourist spots were amazing! The bus also stopped for awhile at the Eiffel Tower to allow plenty of time to get pictures at night.

I showed up at the starting point indicated on both the face of the ticket and in separate detailed instructions of this tour more than a half hour early and waited. The bus never arrived. It wasn't until I inquired about the status through an online chatbot that also seemed confused about when and where the tour starts. The operator's website indicated that the starting point had been changed effective about 6 weeks ago. I double checked my emails: I did not receive notification of the change which should have included an opportunity to cancel or reschedule. You had my email to send me a confirmation and receipt. Why not use it to send me a critical update?

Was a bit skeptical because of some previous reviews where the bus never showed up but figured I could get the charge removed if that happened. My experience was actually rather amazing! There were 2 busses queued up and ready when I arrived about 10 mins early. One bus already had the top (open air part) filled- but it appeared no one was sitting on the bottom. They filled the second bus up top and it looked like, where I was in the line, I would end up on the bottom half of the bus - where I’d have to take pics through the window- not ideal. To my surprise they did not force anyone or try to fill the entire bus including the bottom half. From a business standpoint it would make sense because this tour could’ve accommodated everyone with 2 busses. To my complete surprise they pulled up another bus so we would get the top open air seats for amazing pics. All I can say is WOW! I was so impressed and it was a great experience. We ended about 20 mins later than scheduled so keep that in mind. There’s traffic and no way around that. I def recommend seeing the tower at night- it looks amazing and we were stopped right in front when the tower does its (hourly?) twinkling light show. THANK YOU to this company for an exceptional hassle free time and some great memories on my weekend trip to Paris.

How incredibly disappointed we were when our Guide didn’t even show up. We’ve still not heard back from the tour operator to arrange a refund or receive an apology.

This tour was our favorite of our trip. However, I would like to note that our confirmation provided a time that was over and hour different from the actual start of the tour. That was frustrating. However, once we started the cruise we had an amazing time. The views and the position they were able to get, especially at the Eiffel Tower was so worth it. Highly recommend!!!
