Service was very good and professional
The millionaires row tour was great, I wish we would have seen more homes. I liked that there wasn't so many people like other boat tour. But one of the reasons I pick this company was for the air conditioning. And to a big disappointment, it wasn't even working. It was very frustrating with a baby and no cool air to cool off in this hot weather.
My friend and I were wrapping up a two week trip with a quick stop in Miami for Fourth of July and boarded the fireworks cruise. It was the BEST way to end our amazing trip and we truly had a great time. We felt safe and always understood exactly what we were doing as the captain made announcements over the speaker. It was a smooth ride and we had the best view of the fireworks. The captain also moved the boat around so people could see it equally on either side. I thought that was pretty cool and thoughtful. The drinks they provided on board were fantastic and we were able to order doubles if we wanted. Loved that they were not stingy about anything and were pretty easy going. The only reason I docked a star is because the start of it was very disorganized and started later than expected when the cruise was already rescheduled to be 3 hours later (not their fault, the city of Miami rescheduled the fireworks to midnight due to the FIFA World Cup games also happening in Miami). I would recommend this experience to anyone and would def come back.
