Not worth it
Transport was bad and place Not as expected.
Great tour highly recommend this team
The communication from the team was great and pickup was prompt as they kept us informed on the exact time. The driver Jon was very helpful as my daughter was sick and he was considerate and checked on her. The tour was as described and structured although very long day. Without the your guide and the driver this trip would have been a nightmare with kids. The guide was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this tour. Weather wasn't great but the trip happened as per the itinerary including lunch. They did have regular stops for personal needs and breakfast. Pamukkale and hearopolis were must see for any history enthusiast. Just find a sunny weather to visit this place.
Lovely place shame it wasn't all open
The lakes were spectacular ! They don't tell you when you book that the cleopatra lakes are closed and have been for several months...so no swimming! It's a really long drive roughly 6-7 hrs each way although there are a couple f rest breaks
A Terrible Experience - Left Stranded and Out of Pocket
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this tour operator. I had booked and paid for a tour on April 27th, scheduled for pick-up at 4 am on April 28th. Later that day, without my knowledge, the operator supposedly sent a message via TripAdvisor changing the pick-up time to 3:15 am. It was my birthday, and I was out celebrating, so I didn't see the message. To my shock, a driver showed up at 3 am on the 28th. The front desk called my villa to inform us of the early pick-up. We rushed to get ready and hurried to meet the driver, yet when we arrived at 3:25 am, we were already left behind. We contacted the tour operator, but they refused to send the driver back or issue a refund. TripAdvisor also declined to refund me, citing the same message from the operator. The whole situation felt like a scam, as they had to know I wasn't aware of the change. This left us confused, stranded, and disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering this tour operator to look elsewhere, as their lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility ruined our plans. I give this experience a 1-star rating, and even that feels generous. Avoid this operator if you value your money and peace of mind.
Day trip to Pamukkale in April 2025
My partner and I went on a day trip from Side to Pamukkale in April 2025 and it was one of the most memorable parts of our holiday in Turkey. It’s quite a long journey (around four hours each way), there were regular stops for rest breaks, so the time passed quickly. The views along the way were also magnificent, giving us a glimpse of the Turkish countryside. Pamukkale itself was absolutely stunning. The white travertine terraces were unlike anything we’d seen before truly breathtaking. Walking barefoot through the warm, mineral-rich pools was a unique experience, and we loved every minute of it. The Cleopatra’s Pool was under renovation so we weren't able to visit this site. Walking in the thermal water is something we won’t forget anytime soon. We also explored the ruins of Hierapolis, right next to the terraces. The amphitheatre was particularly impressive, and it was fascinating to learn a bit about the ancient city while taking in the views. Bring a towel and wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off as you’ll need to go barefoot on the terraces. Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and water it can get quite hot. Overall it was a well organised and thoroughly enjoyable day. If you're staying in Side and have the chance, definitely make time for Pamukkale and it’s well worth the journey. Eric the tour operator confirmed our booking on WhatsApp with all the itinerary details. I would highly recommend visiting Pamukkale if you are visiting Turkey.
