Poor communication

The experience wound up getting cancelled which doesn’t account for the 1 star, I understand that circumstances arise, but we got up, took the cabs to the meeting point and were stood up. Took over half an hour to finally get a hold of someone and the customer service line from viator was no help either. The company insisted to the point of insult that they notified us but I had no calls, voicemails, texts or WhatsApp messages. Proper communication would have warranted no review necessary.

Once in a lifetime experience

This was truly amazing. Well planned and executed. Getting so close to sea lions in their natural habitat was a once in a lifetime experience. I'm glad I did this tour
