Incredible tour, we made 2 different pasta shapes and our guides Marcello and Federico (I hope I’ve remembered their names correctly!) brought so much knowledge, energy and fun to the experience. I also really enjoyed how they involved us in the sauce making and gelato making aspects of the tour. The wine was also really tasty and plentiful. Overall a fantastic day and must do in Palermo
