Itinerary
Not quite Flourish and Blotts but as close as a muggle bookshop can be. Blackwells is the dream of every Ravenclaw, holding approximately holding 250,000 volumes, which translates to 3 miles of books! This is even more impressive knowing that their first store measured only 12 feet square, and held just 700 used books. Don't forget to have a look at the roof of the building from a distance. Don't worry the stone figure you'll see on top isn't someone petrified. It is a statue by Antony Gormley; one of a series of sculptures called “Another Time II”.
One of the largest libraries, with multiple buildings spread across Oxford. Home to archaic medieval books on spells and wizards! Viewed from several locations externally - see Divinity for our entrance to Bodleian.
Despite the name, it is one of the oldest Colleges at Oxford, built-in 1379. With its medieval cloisters and beautiful spaces it is easy to see why they decided to film multiple scenes for Harry Potter here!
Paid Entrance To Part of The Bodleian: This most dramatic site is not only one of the oldest parts of the Bodleian Library University, but it was also used in various scenes when filming of Harry Potter was taking place in Oxford. The Bodleian is a complex of different buildings, this is the section we enter. Instantly recognisable as a Harry Potter site, with one of the best examples of medieval architecture in England.

Wonderful historical tour that would keep any Muggle happy for hours!
This was one of my favourite ever tours! Ginny was fantastic and fascinating, so many wonderful stories, interesting factoids and memories. Saw many of the core Oxford sights too and the stunning New College, wrapped in an extra layer of magical interest. Would love to do again and take other friends and family.
Excellent tour from Adeline
Great tour and experience from Adeline!!!
Fantastic Harry Potter Tour
I booked this Harry Potter tour at the last minute on the same day and was lucky enough to have a private tour with Ginny. She is a fantastic storyteller and her passion for both Harry Potter and Oxford’s history really shines through. I learned so many fascinating stories and behind-the-scenes details that I would never have discovered on my own. Highly recommend this tour with Ginny!
