This is a superb...

This is a superb experience including rides in a 1950s Land Rover, the opportunity to encounter wildlife (gazelles & oryxs), camels, falcons, wonderful & plentiful food, and all led by friendly guides. Sleeping accomodations are comfortable, though not air conditioned (be aware when packing/dressing for the trip), with charging and also there is cell service on the preserve.

Nice desert experience away from Dubai

Safari Heritage collection Jeep: Very good follow-up by the team - the activity organisers' office from the moment of booking to the moment of pick-up. Excellent communication. Due to traffic in Dubai, we were the last to arrive at the site. The sequence of activities is too fast, with photo breaks lasting only a very short time. We didn't get to enjoy what the desert has to offer enough. The jeep safari lasted barely 45 minutes. The falcon activity: Good explanations and demonstration. Smaller groups would be preferable. The camel ride is ridiculous. It takes place in the evening (which is a shame for photos; it would be better in the afternoon or at sunset) and only lasts 3-5 minutes. It's not a ride but a ‘merry-go-round’. The meal is the highlight of the excursion. Very good quality Bedouin meal, self-service. Quality and quantity are both there. The show is not very interesting. The stargazing session is interesting. The driver-guide is professional from start to finish. Good value for money, considering that hotel pick-up is included in the package.

Great experience, very professional

Fantastic experience throughout. We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved. Especially our guide, Saddique, was extremely forthcoming and attentive; for instance he was able to get us a short notice booking for the hot air balloon ride, even though there was originally only one space left. He and the company made it happen. I loved the mix of activities, all of which were just the right amount of time - not too short, but also not too long. The vintage Land Rovers are fun to be driven around in. The falcon show exceeded my expectations. The food was fantastic, and I cannot recommend the Hot Air Balloon enough - an amazing experience.

A Standout Overnight Desert Safari Experience

An unforgettable overnight desert safari with a camel ride to the camp and glamping for our family of four. Our guide, Ravi, was outstanding; warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and an excellent photographer who captured great family shots. Dinner was genuinely delicious, though the portions were way too much. Henna art was perfect for the ladies, and Bedouin coffee and Shisha great for everyone . The night walk was a highlight: we went scorpion-hunting with a blue light and found a few, then watched the stars peek in and out. Sleeping was comfortable; cool but not cold, with good beds. The morning was cooler and the sunrise was really beautiful. Great breakfast (again, too much!) with un-rushed time for conversation with other guests. Overall, a fantastic experience for adults and kids alike.

Great day and evening

Had a great day and evening in the desert with Platinum Heritage and our wonderful guide Ravi. I loved the safari in the desert, falconry, camels, henna, star gazing, dance/drum show and amazing dinner. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend.
