- The service is designed for up to 3 passengers with standard luggage; larger groups or additional luggage may require a different vehicle.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five passengers per sports utility vehicle

Bring extra cash
Make sure you have cash for fees (tolls and parking) at the end of the trip. When I handed the driver a tip he informed me I had to pay those fees. I would expect those charges to be included when my credit card is charged.

Great transfer service! Flavio is so kind. On time, really clean car and direct service right from baggage claim. Definitely recommend in Orlando. Aldo, the owner is also very responsive via text and accommodating. I am a travel advisor and not only did I use this service for my personal vacation, I would recommend to clients.

Was on time and...
Was on time and communication was very good with them. Driver kept in contact with me regarding the pickup. Good driver. The only thing that was a little strange was the driver asked me for $25.00 for a tax? I had already given him a tip and then he asked me for the $25.00 for the tax. I was never informed about an extra tax that I would have to pay. There was a language barrier and all he could say that it wasn't from him it was from his boss. We used the same company a week later and no one asked me for extra money for the tax. Other than that, it was a good experience.
