Snorkeling Orange Bay
A big thank you to Egyptra.pro and especially to Ehab Younan for the perfect organization and unforgettable experiences. We did three tours: Snorkeling with Orange Bay – fantastically beautiful, the ship Ayya and the crew just wonderful. Submarine & Snorkeling – unique, the owner is there with so much passion. Star Adventure – exciting, well organized and highly recommended. Egyptra.pro organizes the tours, the execution is up to the respective providers. If something doesn't go perfectly, it's often due to external circumstances or fellow travellers, not Egyptra. The drivers were on time, sometimes they just had to look for guests. On the way back to the hotel everything went perfectly: the driver is waiting, you can get in immediately and drive back relaxed. You should also be realistic about the expectations of language – we are in Egypt, and even in Germanland not every taxi driver speaks perfect German or English. A little understanding makes things easier. All in all a great, lovingly organized experience. Thanks to Ehab, who coordinated everything with so much patience and kindness. We would always choose Egyptra.pro again

Lack of compromise
I did a snorkeling excursion with Egyptra and the excursion itself was very good but the formality of the company leaves a lot to be desired... To begin with, they told me that the activity started at 8 am, they picked me up at 7.10 am and I arrived at the boat and there was absolutely no one there. I was waiting alone for almost an hour and, speaking with the crew, they told me that the activity started at 9. I spoke to the tour operator and showed him my dissatisfaction and, after several intermediaries seeking an explanation, Eguptra told me that they would give me the material free photograph in compensation for what happened. More than 3 days have passed since then, I have written to them several times asking about it and they only tell me that I am going to have it but they do not send it to me; I'm tired of writing to you. I think it is a lack of formality and concern for clients since I do not see it as normal to have to be on top of them constantly.
