Impressed by the Taste of Miracles

Because Thai food is so laborious. I learned how delicious it can be. We used a lot of sweet, salty, Thai original seasonings, and I was impressed that this miraculous communion turned into a wonderful dish.

タイのみならずチェンマイ料理やあいさつ、アカ族の料理や食べ物など、文化や歴史もさりげなく教えて貰えてとても楽しい教室でした。 Not only Thai cooking, but also Chiang Mai culture, greetings, Akha cuisine, and traditional foods were naturally woven into the class. We also learned bits of local culture and history along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a truly fun and memorable class.
