Tour of New Delhi

Raghuveer Singh was an excellent tour guide of New Delhi. He provided detailed historical information associated with each of the monuments. He was courteous to all our needs and requests. Driver Vijay was patient and calm in his driving through the crazy New Delhi traffic. However the tour organizer, Keeper Land, was very disorganized. He did not communicate the travel instructions clearly.

Good tour guide (plus info about company)

The local tour coordinator (from Keeper Landry) did not properly communicate the information of who our driver was for the day until 30 minutes after the scheduled departure. So we were waiting at our hotel for a while despite multiple attempts to try to reach them. The driver didn’t receive information of who we were or our contact so he was also waiting. However, our tour guide Raghuveer Singh was very good. He explained everything very well. The tour was paced well.

Overall very good but poor communication from the company

The trip driver Vijay and tour guide Raghuveer Singh was excellent. Raghuveer was very knowledgeable and provided very good information about the history and the different sites we visited. Overall the trip was excellent. However, the car and driver details were not provided by the company and we had to wait 30 minutes to connect with the driver who was waiting outside the hotel as he did not have our information. We tried calling the tour company and could not get through, which was very frustrating. Once we connected with the driver and the tour guide, everything went well.
