Disappointment
I gave 1 star because i had to. We were all very excited to go we ended the water park day early to make it to our reservation. When we got to where we were supposed to “meet”. We were told it was cancelled!! I never got a call or a text, which was crazy! Unprofessional! Major disappointment!
Awesome
I’m afraid of water and cannot swim. They made sure I was comfortable and safe. I had a blast I cannot wait to go back.
A waste of time
Nobody on the location on our scheduled activities, we patiently waited for 30 mins but no one assist causes us frustrations because were excited & ruined our plans.
No experience and still no refund!!!
I made an appointment with you guys myself and my kids showed up to our appointment. I payed my money and got a reservation, when I got there no one was there. I had to call someone because my kids and I were just standing there. When I called I was told they don't even no how I was able to make an appointment because all appointments were canceled at 11am. Well I booked my appointment at 2pm and you guys took my money. We were going home the next day and I couldn't do another activity because they took the money I had left. I still didn't get a refund and my kids and I were very very disappointed. It was something we really wanted to do. It was very unprofessional how the situation was handled
Great Family Activity!
So fun! Get the photo package! The photographer took great pictures! Our guides were friendly and helpful. We were celebrating my son’s twelfth birthday and I was looking for a fun activity that would feel like an adventure and this delivered! 6 of us were able to be on the same banana boat and we learned how to work together as a team. We can’t wait to go another time!
