Fab Sunset and Dinner
We had brought the whole family of 11 to Hawaii. This was a Great cruise and sunset experience, dinner was fabulous! Staff was very accommodating!! The kids loved the entertainment. Mahola
Disappointed
We did the cruise years ago and it was a very enjoyable experience. We returned this year and we were very disappointed. Too much people with no room to move. Staff very rude. I have no idea if the show was good: a couple of dancers hidden among the crowd were almost impossible to be watched. Buffet food was just average. We will not be back.
Overrated
I think food, especially the steak is overrated. The salad dressing is tasteless and the Brie was stale. They could also improve their sound system. Their cocktails are not bad. The place was also packed there was a private party on one end so people can only use the other end of the boat to go on top. Lower your expectations so you will less likely to get disappointed
Don’t Waste Your Time
It is not deluxe or quality in anyway at all. Every course of the meal was dry and very poor quality. There was no communication with the staff, everything felt McDonald esk in experience and taste. The drinks were overly iced, nothing premium about them. The chicken was dry, very close in quality to Tyson chicken nuggets, the lobster was very food land-like as well as the “fruit bar”. There were no sides offered with any of the courses of the meal. Save yourself
Memories of a lovely honeymoon
The food was delicious and we had a wonderful time enjoying the view. Best of all, Stepen Young (staff captain) was great in his response, which was a great memory. I really enjoyed talking about Kyoto as well as the photos you took. We look forward to seeing you again! Thank you very much.
