Important information
Know before you book
- The tour operates in all weather conditions; cancellations are rare.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim short distances.
Know before you go
- Wear comfortable swimwear and bring a towel.
- Arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Parking is available at the departure point; arrive early to secure a spot.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Recommended age is 5+ based on Captains discretion and conditions permitting.
- No swimming skills are required.
- Observers and divers will be on the same boat, as long as they have booked the same time slot.

The experience was unreal! The water was very choppy causing us to be sea sick, but other than that, we had an incredible time! Crew were great, great conversation, very informative!

Nervous 11-Year-Old Turned Shark Fan
We booked the Shark Dive for our family of five (kids included down to age 11) and it exceeded expectations. The crew struck the perfect balance of safety-focused and fun, making sure everyone felt comfortable before getting in the cage. Our youngest was a bit anxious about the choppy conditions at first, but the team’s calm energy won her over fast, and she came out beaming. One tip for future guests: earlier tours tend to have calmer water, so book the earliest slot you can. That said, our early afternoon tour was still excellent. Can’t recommend this experience enough.
