Important information
Know before you book
- The tour operates in all weather conditions; cancellations are rare.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim short distances.
Know before you go
- Wear comfortable swimwear and bring a towel.
- Arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Parking is available at the departure point; arrive early to secure a spot.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- Please check in 30 minutes prior.
- Recommended age is 5+ based on Captains discretion and conditions permitting.
- No swimming skills are required.
- Observers and divers will be on the same boat, as long as they have booked the same time slot.
- The customer should have the physical strength and agility to descend and ascend a vertical ladder.

You will get sea sick....
You will get sea sick. Even first boat out in the morning. If watching other people get sick makes you sick even worse. We learned after that 80% of people get sick. I may never be able to go on a boat again. It’s unfortunate because the sharks are amazing and the experience is cool but it’s impossible to enjoy.

Sharks!
Very cool experience. You get about 20 minutes of time in the the cage. We saw about 6 to 10 different sharks on the day that we went. It is pretty exhilarating at first, but once you are in the water, you are good to go. Overall, it is good for the money.
Lots of sharks up close....
Lots of sharks up close. Bring your own go pro for close up videos. Also nothing provided but snorkel gear. Quick trip so likely don’t need food. Bring water.

Excellent fun time with great crew. Sea was choppy but went well. Lots of sharks to see. Great experience
