Great Bike Rental Experience
We rented bikes from the Financial District location for a ride along the Hudson River. We were a family of four and rented a regular bike with a child seat, as well as a bike with a tag-along attachment. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and everything was well organized. The bikes were in good condition and perfect for enjoying a ride along the river. Recommended for families looking for a convenient and enjoyable way to explore New York by bike!

Don’t bother booking in advance
Our flight was delayed arriving into New York and we missed our booking of 5 bikes for 3 hours at $190. I contacted the company by email but did not receive a reply. In fairness to them I did not follow up or go to them as we had already missed the first day of our 3 day trip and had other activities scheduled for the remainder of the trip. Apparently the weather was absolutely terrible in New York when we were meant to arrive and may not have been able to go anyway. So I would advise to not book much in advance, make sure you actually arrive and the weather is suitable!
