- The driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour from the flight's actual arrival. Beyond this, a convenience fee may be charged for each additional hour of waiting. Major credit cards are accepted for payment, and receipts are available upon request.

Amazing, comfortable, interesting, and informative
We had the BEST experience with our private tour guide, Issac. From the second we met him, he was super outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun instead of just like a typical tour. You could tell right away that he really knows the city—he was constantly sharing interesting facts, cool history, and little details you wouldn’t find on your own. He took us all around the city and made sure we didn’t miss anything. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—he even spent extra time with us so we could see everything we wanted to. As a group of girls, we also LOVED that he stopped multiple times for us to take pictures and even pointed out the best photo spots. He definitely understood the assignment when it came to getting good pics. Issac also gave us amazing food recommendations. We actually stopped at one of the places he suggested during the tour and it was DELICIOUS. Later that night, we went to another restaurant he recommended for dinner, and it ended up being one of the best meals we had on the trip. Overall, he truly knew what he was talking about and made the entire experience feel worth it. The private tour ,with zero crowd was 100% worth the money. We felt very comfortable the whole time, and the ride itself was great too—the car was really nice and super comfortable. Could not recommend him enough!

Driver was on time and they took good care of my wife and kids from the airport to the hotel. The limo was clean and well maintained.
Relaxing ride!
We were surprised at the arrival of a large limo to pick us up after a transatlantic flight. I’m not sure what we expected! The ride into town was quiet and relaxing, the driver friendly and helpful! I’ll do it again!

Great service! I surprised my daughter with a private pick up and she was so excited! Our driver was punctual and very patient - he had to wait for our baggage to finally appear! Highly recommend!
