Full description
We’ll start with a classic Seattle dog at an iconic location, then head to the Armory for a local favorite – a mouthwatering beef meat pie, highlighting local ingredients. You’ll also have the opportunity to try fresh, world-class oysters from Taylor Shellfish (don’t worry, it’s perfectly acceptable to skip this taste if oysters aren’t your thing). Next we will head to our favorite spot to sample a local cider, beer and Chef Brendan’s soft pretzel highlighting local grains. To finish up we will sample a unique PNW sweet treat.

Scott was our guide, and he did an awsome job with his sense of humor sharing all the history behind the food and what we were going to have an opportunity to taste. I was absolutely stuffed at the end of our tour from all the great food. A must if you come to town. So happy we did it at the beginning of our vacation. Great time! Scott showed us around Pike Place Market and provided a detailed history of what we were looking at. We skipped all of the lines and were able to taste about 9 different items over the course of about an hour and 45 minutes. There’s so many vendors at Pike Place, it can be overwhelming. Having a guide show us some the best spots helped us save time and energy. I highly recommend this tour!
