Evening on the Nile and a wonderful show. Best value for money
The assigned guide was kind and I could contact them quickly from the beginning, and there were no difficulties with the vehicle pickup. I had a reservation for 6 o'clock, but it was postponed to 7:15, and I could understand it. Even while eating on the boat, it didn't move, which was surprising, but after the meal, the boat started moving and the performance began. I was fascinated and enjoyed the excellent singers and dancers and the dance. It was a perfect program to end the day of the Egypt tour, and the meal on the Nile River will be memorable.

Value for money!
The experience was pretty good given the price that's offered compared to many other providers. Despite we had to wait a little longer for the pick-up due to the bad traffic in the city, at the end we still had a good experience at the end. However, the communication for the pick-up could be improved in my opinion, understood that it's a group tour and might be delayed, but the service provider could tell how long more and roughly what time, instead of just saying "When the driver arrives, I will tell you".
The main issue with this...
The main issue with this tour was the pickup. The driver was extremely late, and unfortunately, contacting the operations team did not really help. Whenever we asked about the delay or what time the pickup would actually happen, we were simply told to wait because we had booked a group tour. This was quite frustrating, especially when there was no clear update about the expected pickup time. That said, the person we met once we arrived — who seemed to be responsible for looking after us during the tour — was very kind and did his best to make up for the terrible delay. I really appreciated his effort and attitude despite the situation. As for the cruise itself, it was a nice experience. The belly dance and Tanoura performances were really enjoyable, and the food was surprisingly good as well. Overall, the cruise and entertainment were enjoyable, but the pickup and communication from the operations team definitely need improvement.
