Nile Pharaoh Cruise – Great Cruise, Very Bad Pick‑Up/Drop‑Off Experience
The cruise itself was amazing. I really enjoyed the artists, local music, food, and service onboard. The atmosphere was beautiful and truly memorable. Unfortunately, the pick‑up and drop‑off service completely spoiled the experience. Two drivers came to pick me up. Although they were friendly at the beginning, I felt something strange from the start. After the cruise, during the return to my hotel, I clearly felt pressured and constrained to give a tip. When we arrived, I gave both of them a tip. Instead of thanking me, the driver started yelling at me, literally saying “f**k you” because he considered the tip too small. The assistant driver joined in, saying that with the tip he couldn’t even buy a cigarette. I offered more money, but they continued harassing me with bad words, saying it was still not enough and refusing to accept it. I felt very uncomfortable, disrespected, and harassed. To make them leave me alone, I gave them even more money just so the situation could end. In addition, they were smoking inside the car while driving (I am not a smoker, so this was very unpleasant), and they were driving very fast, making the journey feel unsafe. I am leaving this feedback to ensure that such behavior is addressed and that the service provided by the drivers becomes safe, respectful, and professional, especially considering it comes from a travel agency. I am very sad about this episode. Apart from the driver service, everything else about the cruise was excellent.
Pleasures on the Nile
Nice decor (reception place and boat ) A Pharaoh welcomes us and then pelicans. The boat tour lasts 2 hours with dinner and shows Dinner is a good buffet. The shows are very fun! (songs, instruments, dances,...) The 2 hours pass very quickly because it is not boring at all.
The Nile cruise dinner...
The Nile cruise dinner tour was perfect. Emam and Hady were fantastic, and Hady was an excellent driver. The show was superb. The food was good, and the dessert was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
Nile cruise
Very nice cruise, good food and entertainment from start to finish Our private guide was very nice and made us feel very comfortable
Fun and Festive!
Food was tasty and varied - something for everyone. Sadly, they did run out of some items. Entertainment was fun and truly enjoyable! Music was a bit TOO loud which didn't allow conversation. Great Nile views especially during Ramadan!
