Beautiful Falls, but very difficult transportation experience.
Our guide Haroon was terrific. But I recommend that more information is provided up front. I went through Trip Advisor and could not get a full picture of the day’s activities and offerings. The site stated that the "Walk under the Falls" was included, but optional - I found out later that we should have paid for that in advance of our trip; but no where was that stated. We were directed to be in the hotel lobby for pick up at 9:30 am; the bus arrived at 9:50 am and we departed at 10 am. Then we went backwards into Toronto to pick up a small group and it was 11:30 am before we even got back to near our hotel’s highway exit - a full two hours AFTER we were told we would be picked up. We got further delayed by an accident that closed the freeway and had to make an extra stop for lunch at 1:30. So then the 45 minutes spent tasting maple syrup cramped the time and we did not start our tour of the Falls until 2:45 pm. The tour guide was good in talking to the group while driving - but he had to use a hand mike - very unsafe on the freeway. He should be provided with a headset. Everything went smoothly after that and we got back to the hotel at 8:45 pm. The Falls are worth the trip, but be informed.

Shahzad was truly an amazing, kind tour guide for the day. He was very accommodating, resourceful, and patient with my clients and went out of his way to improve our experience. He was very prompt with his pick up and drop off. The shuttle bus was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend booking your private tour with Shahzad!
