  • This tour is only on the USA Side of Niagara Falls. If you plan to cross into Canada on your own, you are solely responsible for all visa and ID requirements.
  • To fly to and from Niagara Falls NY, a current, valid passport is required for all international travelers. US Citizens 18 or older require REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or other acceptable government issued ID, state ID. All Passports & ID’s must be valid at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the relevant NYC Area Airport and arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to take off.
  • The local operator is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations due to weather or any other reason.
  • If booking for 1 person, the higher pricing reflects an additional single supplement.
  • Upon booking, you will be required to contact the local operator to confirm passport details for EVERY passenger: full passport name, date of birth and passport#.

  • Maid of the Mist Boat Cruise normally operates from May – October – but is subject to closure based upon the weather. When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Observation Tower instead.
  • During your day trip, you will need to have a working mobile phone on you to contact the driver.

Highly disappointed and don’t recommend at all!

Niagara Falls night illumination tour! Extremely disappointing experience. The tour company failed to communicate properly, and the guide never reached out to us before the tour and never met us at the pickup point where we arrived 30mins early and stayed for an hour trying to reach tour guide. We also tried calling the contact number provided so many times, but no one answered the call. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the experience we had planned and looked forward to. We spent significant time and effort trying to make the tour happen, but the lack of coordination and support from the company made the entire experience frustrating and super stressful. What should have been a memorable occasion, especially on a special day July 4th once a year, turned into a major disappointment. We traveled from Seattle & California to experience this once a year trip just to get disappointed with all the flights, travel and effort which we put into the trip has gone waste. Better communication and customer support are the minimum customers should expect when booking a tour. I definitely won’t recommend this tour based on my experience.
