Good to know
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Strollers and care seats are not allowed on board, but can be stored in the ticket booth.
- Wheelchair access down the dock to the boat, must be able to manage 3 steps to get on and off the boat. Wheelchair cannot come aboard, it can be stored in the ticket booth. Please advise if assistance is needed.
- Please dress appropriately to current weather conditions
- Please no heels for safety purposes.
- Minimum drinking age is 21 years old
- All passengers are required to be checked in at the ticket booth prior to departure time to receive a boarding pass.

Family friendly boat tour
Great service, great guide. Perfect amount of time for kids (7, 5, 2.5). Free frozen lemonade and purchase drinks on board was great for us. Highly recommend!

Boat ride was great just don’t get Dave as your tour guide
We took this cruise which was very nice it took us around the port and were able to see some of the mansions. The only drawback was Dave the guide who was speaking, he was constantly talking with the group on the upper level which caused delays in the information we were waiting to hear - Almost like he was more concerned with them and their business than what we all paid good money for!!! I was disappointed and thought it could have been a lot better had we had a guide who was more about the area we were visiting and not “chatting” off with the guests!
