I want to give this 6-star review to Mia our travel consultant from Crossing Vietnam. Our trip was a 17 day “a la carte” following a custom itinerary that we designed together with her. We started working 3 months in advance and it just worked perfectly. I had high-level ideas and Mia was able to suggest and plan how to turn these into a reality. During the trip execution, we were in touch everyday and the independent tours and transfers simply happened. Typically, I like doing all independently. This time I simply delegated all to Mia and was not disappointed as she worked with us until the very last service was successfully delivered. Thank you so much again – Xin cam on.
