New York City Subway and Bus Tour with Private Guide

We had such a wonderful experience and we loved our guide, Cristina. The boat ride was exciting, the nature was beautiful and insightful, and the waters were turquoise like in the caribbean. After dealing with so much seaweed on the beaches, this is a needed escape from all that. Swimming in the waters felt amazing. We would do this tour again when we come back to Tulum! Def a highlight!

We went on the full day adventure. From the start there was brilliant communication from the company through the WhatsApp channel. Pick up was smooth and on time. Our guides Pablo and Marco were a great duo. Victor was our driver and did a great job as well. On the tour we got to see manatee, underwater cenote, dolphins, snorkeling by a reef and saw lots of fish, a massive lobster and a stingray. We saw lots of birds and the mangroves. Pablo was excellent in that he was explaining everything and seemed to really enjoy his work! The lunch was really nice, would recommend either the mayan fish or mayan chicken. Overall, well worth it!

My wife and i went on this tour in the shoulder season, and it didn't disappoint. Ursula and Christina are absolute rock stars. Lunch at Punta Allen is so beautiful, and the locals are great. Unfortunately, as many others have said in their reviews, it was too rough to snorkelling, but that is out of the tour operators hands. However, spotting crocodiles, green turtles, and a dolphin that just wanted to show off was great. Pick up and drop off went smoothly, and Hector was a boss on those dirt roads. Ursula and Christine were even able to keep a half dozen hungover US lads going. Definitely worth the trip.

If you are contemplating a Mexican day trip, this one tops them all! We had the good fortune of having PABLO from MEXICO KAN TOURS guide us through Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. We were part of a small group, 6 in total and were collected from our hotel early in the morning. From the start, communication was clear and Pablo and our driver were friendly and engaging. Snacks and water was provided too! Pablo's knowledge and passion for the environment and wildlife was infectious. We traveled through Sian Ka'an in a small speedboat, stopping at various locations to spot Manatee, dolphins, Eagles, Boobies, Pelicans, Heron. We were very fortunate to see all these wonderful creatures as the weather conditions were perfect. As the sea was calm , we also got the opportunity to snorkel on the barrier reef and saw a multitude of fish, sharks and stingray. Afterwards, we had the luxury of relaxing in the crystal clear waters of the "swimming pool". It was heaven on earth. Lunch was had at The Ocean View in Punta Allan, a small friendly fishing village on the end of the sandbank. We learnt so much Mexican historical, environmental and wildlife information. Pablo's 'happy place' became ours too! Many thanks.

Absolutely amazing, perfect tour of nature, swimming and the Sian Ka'an biosphere, stunning. Guides were so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Would do this again. Transportation was convenient and timely. Reserve we saw manatees, dolphins, many birds, stingrays, turtles, nurse sharks. Lunch was lovely fresh fish. Whole day perfect, most beautiful swimming ever.
