Half the Trip, All the Frustration
This was supposed to be the highlight of our 25th reunion. But everything went wrong.... wrong boat, wrong location, wrong times, only 30 mins cruising + 30mins at the dock, instead of NYC: 90-Minute Architectural Skyline Boat Tour & Statue of Liberty. Disappointed...don't waste your money, it's a scam!!
I have this experience...
I have this experience scheduled for 6 o’clock The reservation office called me and said that the last boat going out would be at 4:30. We were already in a Broadway show so we were unable to attend. I am hoping to have my money returned.
Do not book
Was not able to go on our boat ride. We tried 3 times. 1 originally booked and rescheduled twice. Our first time we arrived early after driving through traffic, around construction and arriving on time, was told by a rude man “there is parking but not for you”. Our second time, we left earlier and couldn’t find.a parking spot. Our third time we left 3 hours early and still no luck. It took us over an hour to drive 2 miles. Traffic is impossible and parking is the worst, they don’t offer refunds so don’t waste your money unless you understand the city better then someone who has never been to a city like this. I’m not mad, just wished they were more willing to try to help someone or have information for insinuations like this, instead of just taking money.
