- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing more than 275 lbs (124 kg) may be unable to fly. If passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend.
- A current, valid, government-issued photo ID is required on the day of travel.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 must sit in an adults lap at no charge.
- All passengers are required to sign a waiver prior to flying.

Great Experience
Exactly as described. I love helicopter tours. Of course, they're expensive, but worth the money and this one is no different. Great views of the city and the ride was comfortable. Staff was friendly and communicated well and the experience felt safe.

A fabulous experience but left a sour taste
Couldn't fault the helicopter flight. That's the reason I gave 4 stars. However we were obviously in NYC and had a packed itinerary. On the morning of the ride, we were contacted by email to say that our slot had been moved from 3.30pm to 4.30pm. I tried to confirm them by email. In the end, we decided to make our way downtown to the Heliport to confirm the time change to our slot. We met a very pleasant gent on the desk who said to ignore the new time. We did, and arrived promptly at 3pm for our 3.30pm slot. Very professional team in prepping us for the flight. Watched safety video. Very excited to be taking our 1st flight in a helicopter. Only 15mins but we felt a once in a lifetime experience. Not cheap at almost £500 for the 2 of us. We shared the flight with another couple and agreed to take a photo of each other outside the helicopter. However, this was not possible, I suppose due to safety regulations. What I dont understand or agree with, is the crew, who took the flight with us, could use their camera take our photographs but not use our mobile phone to take photos.. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to look at the photos after our amazing flight when back in the flight centre, so I contacted them later to ask if the photos could be emailed to us. We could only have the photos sent on to us, if we had bought the package which included the photos. Absolutely ridiculous. After the amount of money we paid for the flight, we couldn't have 2 photos. Shame on your company for this. Very disappointing and I won't be recommending you.

They gave me this tour for my birthday and I must say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Short but intense tour, exceptional driver and all the friendly friendly and prepared staff. To be redone
