Traveler reviews
Frustrating experience. Hope this review can help you.
It's very sad how fast they sell you the tickets and how little they explain to you the times ,the routes and the details of the excursions. The blue line , busses run only every 90 minutes . Most seats the sound, channels don't work, so the headsets and audio are useless. Most ( not all ) employees are tired , refuse to help as they know the struggles customers face, and they can't do anything about it . The staff is very frustrated, and I don't blame them . I strongly suggest using a different tour company . But , these guys are everywhere, and they will hunt you down until you give in and buy the tickets . Good luck, you all .
Best ride
Love ebi and eli they are the goats
Meh
Bus staff was rude when we went to get on, telling us the one tour bus was done for the day. No info on how long at stops, if you want to do air and just watch people a lot, then it's ok.
The best one
The best people in the piece that you need to take the bus
Meh it was okay
So overall it's fine. It's NYC and there is a lot of traffic so they get to the stops when they can. There have been some road closures for parades and such which has disrupted the service somewhat. The night time tour was great, but chilly. The Statue of Liberty tour was great, but was happy we arrived at like 1045ish for our 1230 tour, cuz it left at 1130! Also, you're not guaranteed a seat. If you don't upgrade to the premium pass, you're on a first come first serve basis until they're full. I guess then you take the next one. I'm not sure?! They no longer have live tour guides so everything is with AI or a talk track which doesn't always match with where you are because of traffic. So it can be confusing to look to the right when that thing they've described is already gone or isn't here already. Overall it was so so.
