Bad Preparation
Upon arrival, I was very frustrated regarding no signage or staff to direct me inside to know what to do to inform someone of my arrival. Once I found out I needed a sign and was told the staff would find me, my party waited almost 30 minutes past my departure time. The bartender did not have our drinks loaded until the last minute although he acknowledged my sign earlier. But I watched him walk back and forth in preparation of the ride. The bus was filthy with trash and the staff said, it was not going to be cleaned prior to departure. I have pictures. There were not enough seats for everyone. The bus did not have the restroom as stated online. This was my birthday celebration but I was so outdone. My mood was just ruined. Prior to my party date, I made several attempts to reduce the number in my party. The price reduction was acknowledged but I could not check out with the changed price.
