Houston city tour and spending time at the NASA space station.
First up was the bus tour around the city of Houston. Unfortunately there wasn't anything that I would call famous or well known to see. I didn't think that this tour was worth doing. Sitting up on the top of the bus was uncomfortably hot for the entire tour. The NASA space center was well worth the trip down there. I think that i would have preferred to spend the day there.
Good and bad
Yolanda did a fabulous job with the city tour! She was informative and humorous and she kept us all entertained despite all the traffic with the parade downtown. We were disappointed when we arrived at Johnson Space Center because nearly everything was already reserved so we were unable to see as much as hoped. My advice is to plan ahead!
A day in space
Wow, as soon as we parked and saw the shuttle at the entrance, we felt like kids again! There are so many artifacts, pieces of information, and photos. The experience is simply incredible. We also took the tram (included in the price, make sure to go to the reception to ask if there are still spots available) It is an opportunity to walk around the site and they explain each site to you. The final stop is the testing and training site that we can visit. The last site is the tour of the shuttles and rockets. I still have stars in my eyes!

We could not go on 2 trams as we did not know to schedule in advance. That information needs to be clearer.
