Little kids like it
It is an indoor playground. Little kids ten and under loved it. You get to eat different ice creams which are mediocre. Like everything in New York it is very expensive. We went on a rainy day and it worked out. Get tickets ahead of time.
Great for families
Super kid friendly and is also very enjoyable for adults too. Really good ice cream flavors to try.

I went here last year and it was so much fun I had such a good time but this year it was really really bad half of the rooms didn’t even have ice cream I think there were about three rooms that had ice cream it was not our moneys worth and the final room which was suppose to be the best one was closed and that ruined my time I am really upset when I went the first time I went all the rooms were sooooooooo fun but this time they were not very good if I was writing this review about the first time I went it would be five stars but I had to give it one because my experience was so bad
So Awful
This was the absolute worst part of our family trip to NYC. We went here for my daughter’s 10th birthday at her request. It was dangerously overcrowded. There were unsupervised manic birthday parties of preteen boys throwing things, fighting, screaming and absolutely wrecking the place, and the staff did nothing. Stations were out of ice cream or else had a 30-40 person line. It was truly awful. Save your money and do ANY thing else instead.
