No lunch voucher, great views. Horrible attitude tour guide

There was no lunch voucher. There was a lady and a man. The lady had an attitude the whole time. No direction checking in, I ask most gone it the wrong bus. When another tour guide just ignored me twice when I asked if I checked in with him.

Amazing views and beautiful trip

We knew this trip was going to be a fantastic adventure, but we had no idea how truly amazing it would be. Our guide Rolph moved us along seamlessly from one activity to the next, and by the time we were done, we had ridden the cable car to the top, enjoyed the beautiful views of the Alps and loved the views down on the cogway train. The icing on the cake was the beautiful cruise on Lake Lucerne. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful city and would probably do this trip again.

A long and challenging gong day—terrible instructions and multiple forms of confusing transportation.

Used Viator which we have used all over the world. This time it was awful. First told to take a bus to a particular stop which we could not find-even after asking the concierge the night before for help. Walked a mile to the tram stop. Waited in line for an hour in the sun. Tram stops before the top so got off not knowing and got back on….not much to do unless one wants to hike up or down. Expensive and mediocre lunch at hotel in the sun—should have gone inside. Bought round trip cogwheel tickets and only needed one way down. Hot and crowded on the way down. Had to contact Viator to be clear what was next…a train back to Lucerne and had to figure out which train. Did not need passports as suggested. All in all, what could have been a fun day was definitely a challenge at every step. Definitely pay $250 Swiss francs each and get a guide to help navigate the many forms of transportation.

Milestone birthday trip

Our trip to Mt. Pilatus was truly heaven on earth. From the moment we departed until the journey back down to Lake Lucerne, every view was absolutely breathtaking. The scenery was stunning at every turn, and once at the top, the panoramic views were simply unforgettable. The weather was perfect, allowing us to see for miles in every direction. The combination of the mountains, fresh air, and crystal-clear views created an experience that felt surreal. Pictures cannot fully capture the beauty of Mt. Pilatus — it is something that must be experienced in person. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland!

Wonderful experience

A once in a lifetime experience! The guide was very organized and explained how the day would go. Definitely plan for a long trip.
