I took the small group day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park with Hans as the tour guide and I loved it! Everything went super smoothly, we saw a lot of the park, Hans was knowledgeable and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour!
Unforgettable Experience – Khem is the Absolute Best! Booking the Rocky Mountain National Park tour was easily a highlight of our trip! From the moment we met, Khem made us feel incredibly welcome with warmth, humor, and infectious enthusiasm. Khem’s knowledge of the history and hidden spots went far beyond standard scripts—every story felt personal and fascinating. The pacing was perfect, allowing us to hit key landmarks without feeling rushed. Khem was even prepared for the day's weather and somehow managed to plan the rainfall to mosrly be when we were on the van. When the skies cleared up she circled back to lookouts she didn't want us to miss. If you are considering booking this sightseeing tour, request Khem! 10/10 experience.
We had a wonderful day with Khem seeing Rocky Mountain National Park. She was so warm and inclusive of everyone in the group, and provided a lot of history and information that added to the experience. The weather was precarious at times and she was prepared and handled our transportation and comfort very well. Her clear passion and love of the area coupled with her knowledge and friendly personality made the day feel even more special. The scenery was stunning and Khem provided lots of stops for photos and gave us time to absorb the grandeur and appreciate it while also keeping us moving along. She often asked for feedback on time and stops, and wanted us to feel comfortable asking for any particular photo requests. The group really blended well and that was in large part to Khem’s encouragement of engagement. The company itself was easy to work with and impressive in its business practices. My husband and I both would highly recommend this tour.

Great day out and lots of goats!
We met our Guide Emily at the flagpole at union Station. FYI the flagpole is very tall and we actually missed it. However there wasa group of people gathering and it was pretty clear they were meeting for various tours. The mini bus was comfortable with excellent air-conditioning, which is important in August. When you arrive at the peak, the temperature has dropped significantly and those a very enjoyable cool breeze. we enjoyed spreading our legs oh that should’ve been stretching our legs at the first stop (upper Goliath). It is possible to drive this yourself, but the road has switch back turns and shear drops so you wouldn’t catch me driving it. Emily however, was fully trained for driving this type of route. We saw marmot and lots of goats including kids. We made a stop at a lake and there were several flowering plants in the tundra, including this gentian The tour finished in Idaho Springs where we got lunch prior to returning to Denver.

Best Colorado Tour Hands Down!
I am so glad I found Colorado Sightseer and booked this tour! We had an intimate group of just three people, which made the whole experience feel so personal and truly one-of-a-kind. Our guide, Christin, was absolutely the best. Her knowledge of Colorado history and local landmarks is top-notch, and she knows how to present it in a way that’s engaging, interesting, and super fun. If I’m ever back in Colorado with time for another tour, I’ll be booking with Colorado Sightseer again for sure!
