- We have limited 20″ and 24″ wheeled bicycles available for children. Contact our team if you aren’t sure which size is best for your child to ensure we reserve the right size for your child.
- All guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable, closed toe shoes.
- Our tours go rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office free of cost.
- Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets.
- All e-bike riders must be at least 14 years of age, as required by law in Italy

We did the tour with Chiara. She was very friendly, helpful and open to all concerns and understanding! In addition, she brought us closer to the city in a very informative and at the same time refreshing, fun way! The bikes are totally comfortable and good to ride.
