- Not wheelchair accessible for the Rooftoops of the Duomo Cathedral
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
- It is FORBIDDEN to introduce inside Duomo food, liquids, knifes, ceramic mugs and everything that can be used as blunt weapon.
- Kindly consider that after the elevator, there are around 75 stairs in order to reach the top of the Cathedral, and back down at the end of the tour
- On hot days, we recommend wearing a hat, applying sunscreen, and bringing a bottle of water to stay protected and hydrated during the tour.
- If you selected the Open Bus Ticket, please show your voucher at the bus stop in Piazza Duomo, in front of the taxi stand. Look for the MILAN OPEN TOUR bus.

I did enjoy the tour. It was very difficult to hear our guide. He was very soft spoken and probably needs to put the mike closer to his mouth. I did feel a little rushed in the Duomo. Overall, the tour was good. If you can fix those few things then it would be greatl
Not worth the money
Disappointing. The guide, who never told us his name, spoke English, but with a thick accent. Also the audio devices did not work well (perhaps our group was too large and therefore too spread out) so we did not get much out of the tour. I’ve used Viator a number of times, and this was my least favorable experience.
Duomo/rooftop tour
A bit crazy gathering for the meeting place next to the crowds in the Piazza di Duomo, but once we got started, our guide Silva was very organized. She did an excellent job providing historical information and interesting anecdotes about the Duomo and Milan itself. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Silva as your guide.
Duomo tour.
Fabulous architectural design and craftsmanship. It is a beautiful building with a lot of history. Our guide "Eddy" was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We only went on the roof and did not go up the stairs to the top, but the view was still incredible.
