Arrived 5 mins late due...

Arrived 5 mins late due to traffic in downtown, was told by the guy I could only transfer onto the next cruise if I paid $50 per person! then he changed it to $30 then said $50 a few minutes later, so it felt he was just taking advantage of a tourist! Needless to say didn’t pay this as the original ticket cost paid was much less than the $50 per person he wanted to charge us

Worst organized excursion I have ever been involved with!!!! I would have given it zero stars if I could. I expect a full refund!!!!!!
