- The pass is only valid for departures. Arriving travelers are not eligible for access.
- Upon arrival, please identify the line for payed customers or customers with valid reservations, so you wont have to wait on the general line.
- You are a payed customer, so please upon arrival, head directly to the host and show him/her your entrance ticket or voucher, this will help them identify you as a payed customer and provide you access.
- Please consider your airline’s check-in and documentation time when booking your lounge access. We recommend allowing enough time to complete all required airport procedures before entering the lounge, as this time may reduce your overall stay.
- During busy travel times, the lounge may experience high demand. Access is guaranteed, but seating areas may be assigned based on availability
- This lounge is located in a specific terminal. Please ensure your flight departs from the correct terminal before booking, as access between terminals is restricted.
- Guests are responsible for monitoring their own boarding time. We recommend leaving the lounge with sufficient time to reach your gate.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

The Great Mexican Scam!
Such a scam. They direct you to another lounge that looks nothing like what they advertise. Food is average and premium bar not included after spending $100.00. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They put you in a small crowded room where you barely have a place to put a plate of food. My pictures are what you actually experience. Not worth $10 let alone $50.00 per person. Complete fraud plan and simple.

Overall a good experience.
There were no recliners, the food was horrible, and bottled water was not included. Wound up paying 10 dollars for bottled water. Would have liked more non pork meat options. With that said, they did allow me to lay all the way out on the couch in a blanket and sleep for a few hours, which turned out to be great because my flight was delayed.
Little Oasis in the Airport
For the money, it was a very good value. The lounge is really small and if you pre-book, which I recommend, there is assigned seating. The food options were good, but limited. There were plenty of drink options. There were not many bathrooms, which surprised me.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Horrible. Not sure where the lounge in the pictures is, but this is NOT it. the bathroom had one stall and was sooooooo tiny. Cramped, crowded, loud, just awful. Don’t call this a VIP lounge or airport club.
