Dangerous
We booked this tour due to the great reviews but our experience was awful. The cycle paths especially in the centre of town were crowded with pedestrians, street vendors and motorcycles. Really dangerous in electric bikes. What’s more if the 5 bikes every single one had an issue. We had to call the owner out twice to swap bikes. On the descent from the hill one bike folded in half, the rider fell off and crashed j to his friend. They both ended up with scraped knees but it could have been much worse. I was already at the bottom and had to prompt the guide to go and find them when they hadn’t appeared. There was very little information given from the guide and almost no interaction. It was not the experience described by others and if you want to do a cycle tour I’d find a different company.
Nice way to explore the city.
It was really nice to explore the city by ebike. I recommend it because the is a hill and some bridges too cross and with the heat it's nice to have some support.

Spectacular electric bike tour
Excellent tour from the start, Alejandro's energy was very good, we were able to joke around with him and the whole trip was enjoyed a lot, we were able to do some souvenir shopping, this tour is highly recommended
