The company booked way...
The company booked way too many guests in the car. It was not only hot because of all the bodies but just a tight fit with little to no room to move. The guide himself was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and made the experience fun. It was odd though the owner of the company kept texting the driver while he was driving us. (We are in a van on an incredibly winding road and you’re texting the driver non stop?!) seemed like the owner of the company was not taking the comfort (over packing the van) or safety of his passengers into consideration.

Kobi was great. Very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Winston was a delight. Would go again.
Unprofessional boss
Kobi was our driver. He was fantastic, professional, courteous and absolutely knowledgeable! He was not only a very safe driver but also kept the group safe and aware of any potential dangers. Towards the end of the tour, I noticed that Kobi’s demeanor changed. It changed in general, not towards the tourists. He just seemed less jovial. I asked him in private if everything was ok. He stated that his boss was trying to harass him during our tour with threats of dismissal. Probably not a good idea considering the terrain on the tour. I felt that was extremely unprofessional of his boss. Not mentioning potentially endangering our lives. He should not be having to go through that with visitors present. As a business owner and manager, you NEVER discipline an employee in the presence of customers or other staff! Had his boss not been unprofessional,I would have definitely gave 5 stars!
Guided tour without a guide.
Road to Hana experience was supposed to be a guided tour, but our driver Bernardin Perez did not speak a word about it, he was just a driver. He never even alerted us that we are approaching a waterfall or an interesting lookout so we would be ready with our cameras as we are not stopping there. Nothing about the history of the island or interesting places, not ever a word. We did not know what we are seeing or what place it is. I don’t understand how Viator engaged this company( Dynamic Tours). I don’t deny that the Island was beautiful and the route selected was good.
