Camel ride and moroccan spa
Amazing camel ride experience and fantastic spa and massage after. We had a friendly and accommodating tour guide and driver Soufiane - he gave us a lot of photo and video opportunities, ensured we were safe. Timely pickup and drop off at the hotel. Highly recommended and so worth it!
NO Spa Experience/NO Communication from Tour Operator
We were only provided the camel ride, not the spa experience. The camel ride was fun; there were adorable baby camels that accompanied the ride. However, the driver brought us directly back to the hotel, stating he had no information about a spa experience. There was no communication from the tour operator until we contacted Viator. The tour operator then informed us the spa experience was unavailable. We were very disappointed, and dismayed about the total lack of communication from the tour operator. We then had difficulty obtaining a refund.
Camel ride and spa
The service is top, perfect framing, the camel ride nickel, the spa treatment really excellent and very welcome while refinement and delicacy. A big thank you to Younes our driver of the day with whom we can chat and who is present all the time, respecting the schedules at the top, he Guide at the same time along the way, thank you Younes;)

Imlil
My girlfriend and I are loyal H&L customers. We have traveled on many trips, but one of the best trips is to Imlil 01/28/2024. Even though we have been there before, this time was very wonderful and very organized. Boja, Issam and Said were very nice. They made us feel like family. They took care of the smallest details and ensured our comfort. I would have liked them to accompany us on all our trips 😅.
