Traveler reviews
Very enjoyable evening - would recommend if you prefer a peaceful cruise
Overall the evening was very enjoyable. We boarded the boat at 6.30pm and we quickly had out drinks order taken (drinks aren't included in the price). We had the Thai menu which had food such as spring rolls, spicy shrimp soup, green curry, etc. on it which was very tasty although not extraordinary. The boat itself was unique amongst the other large modern white dinner cruise boats, which I preferred. It was more traditional and cosy. One criticism is that despite the fans and being outside, the boat was still quite hot for the first half of the trip. The highlight of the cruise was the traditional Thai dancers who performed on the way back to the pier. I would recommend this experience to anyone who prefers a more traditional and peacful experience. I had an amazing time!
Super show and food Ok
Very good show with music and a nice visit from the Chao Praya point of view, a lack of historic commentary about the monuments seen during the Tour maybe, or local incentives
Special way to spend your evening
It was more than I expected. I'm so glad I decided to take this rather than the big boats. The tour was very special cause there's less people and less noisy than the big boats. They even have special performances like traditional dances. The food isn't that great though.
Nice way to spend an evening
The boat was very ornate. The food was surprisingly delicious and plentiful. The dancing was interesting, a little more explanation of the meaning and history would have been nice. Also most sights are seen from the right side of the boat with seating pre assigned. Perhaps a chance to pay more for the right side could be offered.
Quality price can be made
Inside it is quite old and nothing takes care of the Service or the table or the dishes, the bad food. The show is very good, dance many pieces and change clothes and hairstyles several times, a girl plays live a nice instrument The girl trying to explain in English what we're seeing, you better put a recording because she has no idea They give you dinner on the jetty just as something horrible comes in everyone the railings looking Lasts 1 hour upriver seeing the temples at night and 1 hour back The boat is beautiful on the outside and is what sells because inside it has nothing taken care of the decoration Although I prefer this boat than the modern nightclubs and even if they have buffet in these places it is never good food
