We had an absolutely unforgettable experience on the Manchester City Stadium Tour, and that's all thanks to Mick and Ian. From the moment the tour started, they were like the perfect comedy duo – hilarious, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. They had both the kids and adults laughing while sharing fascinating stories and facts that really brought their passion for the club to life. Hearing about their own experiences made everything feel so much more personal and authentic. They went out of their way to make sure every family had special memories to take home, happily offering to take photos for everyone throughout the tour. They even helped the boys get the perfect pictures in the press conference suite, which they absolutely loved. The standout moment for me was when Mick went above and beyond to help us with the VR experience. My phone had died, and without it, I couldn't sort things out for the boys. Mick spoke to the staff running the VR experience and kindly arranged for my phone to be charged until I could complete the waiver. It completely saved the day. The result? Two incredibly happy boys, one very stress-free grown-up, and we're already practising our zip lines ready for next year! Thank you, Mick and Ian, for making what could have been just a great stadium tour into a truly memorable family experience. You're an absolute credit to Manchester City.
Good experience
I had an amazing time at the Manchester City stadium tour. It was relatively cheap in comparison to other top tier stadiums, but like all big 6 stadiums it was still expensive.

Great stadium visit
Adil & Andy W were amazing! We had visitors from Brazil with us and Andy was kind enough to give me enough time to translate to Portuguese before moving on!
